We offer two kind of warranties:

Warranty Coverage

Printers:

1. Mainboard

a. The mainboard for a dual-head printer is not covered by the warranty. In case of damage, customers may send it for repairs at their own expense.

b. The mainboard for a single-head printer is covered by a 6-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase. Within this warranty period, customers are eligible for one replacement.

2. Print Head and Related Components

Print heads or components that may be damaged due to ink contact are not covered by warranty. However, the following printheads are covered by a 3-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase, which is limited to one replacement: (L1800, R1390, L800, L805, TX800, XP600).

3. Warranty for Other Accessories

All other accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase.

4. Disclaimer

a. The damage must not be caused by user negligence or misuse.

b. The damage must be confirmed by our customer service team or engineers.

CNC Router and Laser Machine:

1. All accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of the printer’s purchase.

These Warranties are national warranties that cover the hardware of the machine that you have purchased.
These warranties only cover the hardware.
They do not cover the consumables or software issues, connectivity issues etc…
These warranties are usually for 1 or 2 years.
They do have terms and deductibles.
