Red dot pointer

With the use of a red point pointer, you will have a visible red laser beam that will indicate the exact engraving point inside the engraving table.
The IEHK laser engraver often uses the red point pointer. In this way, the actual engraving or cutting position of the project can be easily viewed and, where possible, corrected. If you keep the red dot pointer running while making sure that the laser door is open, you can be sure that the laser tube will not fire or start cutting. Instead, the red point pointer shows the precise point at which the laser will start engraving or cutting into the material.

Air Assistance

If you cut a material using a laser, there is a possibility that a bit of flame will occur. Of course, such an upward flame would not be dangerous for you. However, the concern is that heat from the flame up will damage the edges of the material, it can prevent this from happening so the Air Assist introduced.
Vector cutting applications usually benefit from the use of Air Assist. Air Assist reduces heat and eliminates combustible gases from the cutting surface of the material. In cutting common materials such as rubber, wood and acrylic, it is best to use the use of Air Assist to prevent flame, scorching and charring.

Integrated Vector Network

The integrated vector grid transmits the material to the work area. It facilitates the operator’s task by lifting all types of material – heavy or light – without clutter. The integrated vector grid allows the laser to move even faster and work even more precisely at the cutting of the same material that you are working on. One of the biggest things that integrated vector grid could do is reduce the smoke from the upper and lower sides of the material so you do not get reflections. It means you can work without problems!
